A San Diego barbershop needed a site that read like the place itself — barber-pole texture, working-class West Coast register, the chair as the proof. No tech-bro polish, no SaaS-template generic. Operators recognize sloppy work and operators recognize craft; this needed to be the second.

Gritty-local register from the library, fully tuned. GSAP-driven work marquee, Three.js barber-pole background (the one place 3D was earned), real photography across 5 routes (hero/about/book/contact/shop). Four-barber crew page with per-barber Booksy/Vagaro/phone routing, AI-SEO stack (llms.txt + 13-bot allowlist + schema.org HairSalon). Lighthouse mobile perf 92.
