What does $97/mo actually cover?
Hosting, performance monitoring, content updates (within reason), AI-SEO maintenance, security patches, and me answering the phone when something needs to change. Setup fee is separate and quoted on the call.
What's the setup fee?
Depends on what you need. A simple service-business site is one number. A multi-location practice with bespoke design is another. I quote it transparently on the call — no surprise invoicing, no hidden line items.
How fast can you start?
Preview tomorrow. If you book today, you see a working preview of your site on a real URL within 24 hours. Going live takes another 3-10 days depending on scope.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Code on GitHub (private repo) — I add you. Domain in your name. Hosting on Vercel — I manage the deploy. If you ever leave, you get the keys to everything.
What if I already have a website?
I'll audit it before the call. If your current site is doing fine and you don't need help, I'll tell you. If we can do better, I'll show you exactly where.
What if I don't have a website at all?
Even better — no migration headaches. We start with what your business actually is and build from there.
What does 'guaranteed results' actually mean?
We agree on what success looks like on the call. If the outcome metric hasn't moved by day 180, I pause your monthly until it does. Refund within 30 days if the site doesn't meet spec. Rebuild credit if a section isn't working after 90 days.
